PAYMENT

CREDIT CARD 
Data of the credit card will be sent to the online banking protected system provided by PG. Accepts payment through the following networks: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
 

PAYPAL 
Please click 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' button on PayPal payment page. Paypal accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.


BANK TRANSFER 
Payment must be completed and confirmed within 48 working hours from the order placement. Customers are kindly asked to send proof of payment via email info@juoul.com here are the bank details.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING METHODS 

'JUOUL' delivers parcels all over the world via DHL Express or EMS. There will be an official invoice, along with the merchandise. The invoice will carry the total amount of the purchased merchandise in the same currency of the original order. Also the invoice will show the amount of each item purchased.The arrival of your order  will depend on your location, all products are handmade products it takes 7-14 days from work to delivery.

 

SHIPPING FEE 

We charge a flat fee of €20 for all international shipping and handling. Free express shipping worldwide on all orders over €200

 

 

 

RETURNS

RETURN 
As all products are producing as handmade to order, Return and Refunds are impossible. for any size modification or defective products, please do not hesitate to email us info@juoul.com within 48hours after receipt of product.

 

EXCHANGE 

Item(s) must be returned in its(their) original conditions, neatly packed and with the return tag still attached. The returned item should have not been worn, washed or altered. The product must be returned in perfect conditions and should not show any use signs. Item(s) must be returned with its (their) original tag, wrapping and other accessories (dustbag and covers, etc.) received in the box.

 

 

 

REFUNDS

PAYPAL 

If you paid with your bank or PayPal account balance, the money is refunded to your PayPal account balance (3 to 5 business days). If you paid using a credit card and your PayPal account balance, the amount paid by the credit card is refunded to your card. The remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account balance (up to 30 days). If you paid using PayPal Credit, the amount is refunded to your PayPal Credit account. If you paid with a debit card, the amount is refunded to your debit card. If the refund cannot be processed to your debit card, it will be applied to your PayPal balance (up to 30 days).

 

CREDIT CARD 

For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card. The time of processing may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card, this time generally takes up to 20 working days.

  

BANK TRANSFER 

Refund of orders made by bank transfer will be completed on the original bank account within 48 working hours from the delivery of the returned parcel, and only after receiving the bank details from customers. Refund is made on the same currency of the original order. Possible difference in the refunded amount may depend on variations of the currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.

 

 

TAXES & DUTIES 

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to South Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund. Packages sent may be viable to taxes, duties and import fees. these fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order. If these payments are not met on delivery, the item doesn’t clear customs or if the item is not withdrawn for any reason, the item will be sent back to JUOUL or destroyed, depending on local laws return fees and import taxes will be deducted from the clients. Refunds will not be given in these cases, depending on the case - store credit may be given to the client.
